Jennifer Lee Bradley is an attorney who works with Cuddy & McCarthy as a contract attorney in education matters. During her legal career, Jennifer worked in a number of areas including representing public school boards, tribal housing and enterprise boards, and small businesses in matters involving construction; contract, ordinance, and policy drafting; commercial business development; legislative review and analysis; real estate purchase and sale transactions; formation of limited liability companies and corporations; personnel matters; and federal and state procurement. Jennifer also worked as managing attorney for DNA People’s Legal Services, Inc., in Tuba City, Arizona, a nonprofit organization that provides legal aid to low-income people and families for civil legal problems. While at DNA, she worked in both judicial and administrative forums in the areas of family, housing, consumer, public benefits, and health law. Jennifer is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico, the State of Arizona, and the Navajo Nation, and is a Board-certified Federal Indian Law Specialist. She currently serves as a Board member on the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization. While at the Universities, Jennifer was the recipient of several scholarships and awards including the University of Iowa, College of Law Donald P. Lay Scholarship for students demonstrating excellent potential for academic and professional success, the University of Iowa College of Law Dean’s Achievement Award and the Saint Cloud State University Certificate for Scholastic Achievement. |
