Ms. Brinck is a partner in the firm of Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP and a former shareholder of White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, PA which she joined in 1989.  Ms. Brinck is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Colorado.  Her practice is concentrated in estate-planning and administration, trusts creation and administration), New Mexico Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code matters, and gift and estate tax matters.  She has lectured at professional and civic groups on estate planning, including the use of trusts (revocable and irrevocable) in estate planning, and estate administration (probate) matters.

 Ms. Brinck is a member of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the New Mexico Bar Association, and a member of the New Mexico and Santa Fe Estate Planning Councils.  She is a member of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Community Foundation, 1995-2004.
