Mr. Douglas joined Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP in December 2010.  Prior to joining the firm he practiced in Phoenix, Arizona from 2002 to 2008.

Mr. Douglas earned a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.  During law school he clerked for the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Douglas has represented institutional lenders and borrowers in all aspects of secured loan transactions.  He has represented buyers and sellers in real estate purchases and sales and has represented landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions throughout the United States, including leases for casinos, office buildings and restaurants.  He represents lenders in real estate foreclosure matters.   He also represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Douglas is licensed to practice in the states of New Mexico and Arizona.  He is a member of the New Mexico and Arizona State Bar Associations and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. 

Mr. Douglas was born and raised in Utah, and he currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
