Mr. Roh joined Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP in August 2007.  His practice concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning and domestic relations.

Mr. Roh obtained his MBA from the University of Korea in 2000. He obtained his JD in 2005 from the University of Wyoming, as a Peter C. Maxfield Outstanding Graduate and Class Speaker.  He was a senior staff for the Wyoming Law Review and published a comment of “The Aftermath of September Eleventh:  Increased Exploitation of Undocumented Workers in the Workplace.” 5 Wyo. L. Rev. 237 (2005).  In 2004, while in law school, he also worked for Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin, LLC, as a summer associate.

Mr. Roh served as a law clerk for the Honorable David B. Park on the Seventh Judicial District Court in Wyoming from 2005 to 2007.

Mr. Roh’s state professional associations include the State Bar of New Mexico and New Mexico Young Lawyers Division.  He is also a member of the Oliver Seth American Inn of Court.

Mr. Roh is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Mexico and Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Mexico and Wyoming.

Prior to law school, Mr. Roh worked for the Korean International Cooperation Agency, c/o the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a project manager for development cooperation projects for Asia and Latin America such as Task Force Team for Afghan Refugees, four hospital projects in Peru and technical cooperation projects for Asian Countries.  Mr. Roh is fluent in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and commanding basic Japanese and Spanish.
