Ms. Wittenberger is a partner in the firm of Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP and a former shareholder at White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, P.A. where she has practiced family law since 1996.  She is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and she is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Colorado.  She is recognized by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a family law specialist since 2001.  She is the Founder and Acting President of the Santa Fe Collaborative Practice Group, and is a member and former Director of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group.
