Aaron J. Wolf received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 1970, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1975.  He has been a member of the California Bar since 1976, and was licensed in New Mexico in 1978.  He served as Assistant Attorney General in the Attorney General’s Office in 1978 and in the New Mexico Human Services Department form 1978-80, primarily practicing in the areas of administrative law and collective bargaining.  In 1980 he joined the New Mexico Public Defender Department, First Judicial District Public Defender, in the trial division, where he handled misdemeanors, felonies and children’s court cases.  In 1986 he was appointed First Judicial District Defender and supervised the trial division.  In 1988 he joined the firm of White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, P.A., as an associate and became a shareholder in 1995.  He has practiced primarily in the areas of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption, collaborative law and domestic violence cases.  He continues to practice criminal law, including DWI, Administrative Licensure, misdemeanors, domestic violence, felonies and children’s court matters. He also has a general civil litigation practice.
