GENERAL CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

            Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP’s litigation section provides client representation in the civil practice areas of commercial litigation, and in regulatory proceedings.  In its commercial litigation practice, the Cuddy & McCarthy Firm represents client interests in disputes involving commercial contracts, secured transactions, real estate, employment contracts and construction agreements and anti-trust actions.  In addition, the firm represents most of the electric cooperatives in electrical contact cases, wrongful termination of electrical service and other tort actions.
